The Tectite by Apollo 3/4 in. Brass Push-To-Connect PVC (Iron Pipe Size) Slip Repair Coupling is an innovation designed to make a quick repairs to Schedule 40, Schedule 80 and Schedule 120 PVC pipe. The slip capability allows a section (up to 2 in.) of pipe to be cut out allowing for the easy installation of the fitting where rigid pipes do not allow movement. Simply insert the slip coupling on to the pipe and using the Tectite by Apollo demount clip (included) to slip the fitting back onto the other end of pipe completing the connection. Great for emergencies and freeze repairs, the Tectite by Apollo Push-To-Connect PVC (Iron Pipe Size) Slip Repair Coupling is the fastest, cleanest and simplest way to repair PVC pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Unlike standard PVC repair methods, Tectite by Apollo Push-To-Connect PVC (Iron Pipe Size) Slip Repair Couplings can be installed in wet conditions Fitting removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (included).
