This tilt latch, spring loaded, injected molded plastic, white, with fasteners. For use on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning, 3-9/16 in. L, 7/8 in. W, 2-5/8 in. hole centers, 11/16 in. backset.
